What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Continental U.S.: Free shipping.

  • Canada: $24.24 for shipping.

  • International: $50 for shipping.

I placed a successful order, but I haven't received a confirmation email. Why?

Typically, upon placing a successful order, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours, please contact us to ensure that your order was processed correctly.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Many of our garments are made to order, so please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and shipment within the U.S., and an additional 1-4 business days for delivery. International orders may take around 4-10 days to arrive.

Why does the delivery take some time?

Due to the high demand for our products in both retail and wholesale, we often sell out quickly. While we are a growing brand and may encounter some challenges along the way, we strive for excellence. Rest assured, unless we indicate an item as "SOLD OUT," we have stock available and can provide you with confirmation the following day.

When are specific items released?

Some of our items do not have set release dates. We encourage you to sign up for the Imprssve newsletter to receive email notifications whenever we launch a new product.

Do you restock items?

Occasionally, we restock certain items. If an item you desire is not available at the time of your visit, please check back regularly for updates.

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

All sales are final. However, we do honor exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product. Upon return, we will issue store credit, excluding shipping costs. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. Refunds are not accepted.
